Better Health Through Better Taste

One of my goals for the new year is to improve my health. One of the ways I intend to do that is through expanding my diet to include more vegetables. I plan to add them to main dishes, serve more of them alongside, and eat more Vegetable-rich soups and salads. I plan to try out lots of new recipes from my some of my Pinterest boards.
